Russian children digital device usage in 2017, by age
As digital literacy grows among Russian children, 51 percent of 8 to 12-year-olds used a smartphone in 2017. Tablets were used by 34 percent of 4 to 7-year-olds. The share of children under 3 years old who used a mobile phone amounted to 14 percent.
